Shipping Charges

P&P is included in the price you see, unless stated in the item description.

All prices are in Euros

Please note shipping is from Portugal, We will always notify you once an item has been dispatched. Items sent to the UK can take in between 4 and 7 working days to arrive.

All stock items will be dispatched next working day wherever possible. Personalised or special order items will require up to 5 working days. Items will be dispatched in a jiffy style envelope.

If you do not find a design suitable for your needs please use the contact us button and we will endeavour to accommodate your needs.

Faulty item - Please contact us for advice in the first instance. Faulty items will be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to return the item to us at your expense. Upon receipt of the faulty item, a replacement will be sent.

Discrepancies with your delivery should be reported to us within two working days of receipt.

Always give a correct e-mail address when placing an order so that we can readily notify you of any problems and keep you in touch with your order progress. It is our policy only to send marketing information to those customers who request it, we will not pass on your e-mail address to any third party.

REGISTRATION

When you register with Elise Designs, we ask for certain details such as your chosen log-in name, password, and email address. This information is used to enable you to have a unique shopping experience, and is NOT shared with anyone outside of Elise Cards.

AUTOMATIC

Whilst on our site, we automatically log certain information about how you are using our site. This information may include the URL that you just came from, your IP address and the pages you visit whilst on our site.

If your browser is set up to accept them, some areas of our site use a feature known as a "cookie". Cookies contain bits of information that Web sites transfer to your computer's hard drive for record keeping purposes. Cookies are used to automatically access your previously stored registration information. Elise Designs may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes to this policy, an announcement will be made on the home page.

TERMS OF SALE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND RETAIN A COPY OF THESE TERMS AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

1.,FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

1.1 These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Elise Designs

1.2 No contract exists between you and Elise Designs for the sale of any goods until we have received and accepted your order and sent you confirmation in writing or by email to the address or email address you have given

1.3 The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below) and Elise Designs reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any individual or company at its absolute discretion.

1.4 Elise Designs may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.

2. DESCRIPTION AND PRICE OF THE GOODS

2.1 The description and (subject to clause 2.4) the price of the goods you order will be as shown on our current website at the time you place your order.

2.2 All drawings, descriptive matter, specifications contained on Elise Designs website are published or issued for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them. They will not form part of this contract.

2.3 The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

2.4 Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, Elise Designs will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

2.5 The price of the goods are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

3. PAYMENT

3.1 Payment for the goods can be made by any method shown on Elise Designs website at the time you place your order.

3.2 All Transactions must be in Euros

4. DELIVERY

4.1 The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.

4.2 If delivery cannot be made to your address, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.

4.3 Every reasonable effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. Any dates specified for delivery of the goods are intended to be an estimate. However, Elise Designs will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

5. YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

5.1 You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods (see below). A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.

5.2 To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice via the contact us page on this website.

5.3 If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Elise Designs at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

5.4 Once you have notified Elise Designs that you are canceling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. 5.5 If you do not return the goods as required, Elise Designs may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

6. WARRANTY

6.1 If the products Elise Designs deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity Elise Designs liability shall be limited to replacing the damaged or defective products or making good the shortfall in quantity or at Elise Designs option crediting the price and delivery charges of those products to your credit/debit card. Elise Designs shall not be liable to you for failure to deliver products ordered by you unless you notify us within 20 days of the date of your order.

6.2 Elise Designs its directors, employees and other agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage including loss of profit or any other form of compensation.

6.3 This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. DATA PROTECTION

7.1 Elise Designs will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless Elise Designs is negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorized access to information supplied by you.

7.2 Elise Designs will only use the information you provide about yourself for the purpose of fulfilling your order, unless you agree otherwise. We would also like to notify you of different products and offers that may be of interest to you from time to time, and if you would like to be notified of these, please log into your account and specify your preferences.

You can correct any information we hold about you, or ask for information about you to be deleted, either by logging into your account

8. SAFETY

All cards have small parts and must be kept away from babies and small children.

9APPLICABLE LAW

As the internet allows access to the site from countries acting under different laws differing from those of Elise Designs (anywhere outside England and Wales), you agree that insofar as is allowed by any relevant legislation or jurisdiction English Law shall govern this contract and any disputes under it.
